About FinanzasClaro

Why This Site Exists

Most personal finance content online falls into one of two categories: generic listicles that could apply to anyone, or dense jargon written for people who already understand finance. FinanzasClaro exists to close that gap — practical, example-driven explanations of budgeting, saving, investing, taxes, and credit, written so a real number and a real scenario back up every article, not just general advice.

Who’s Behind FinanzasClaro

Miguel Angel Molina, founder and writer at FinanzasClaro. I’m not a banker or an economist — my background is as a bodywork technician (auto body repair), not finance. I started this site because I wanted to actually understand how money works for my own life, and I noticed most explanations online were either too vague to be useful or too technical to follow without a finance background. FinanzasClaro is the resource I wish I’d had: no jargon, no assumptions about what you already know, just real numbers worked out so the concepts actually make sense. If I can understand it well enough to explain it clearly, I figure most people can use that explanation too.

How Our Articles Are Made

Every article starts with a specific, common financial question or decision — not a topic chosen just to fill space. Each one is researched in depth, built around a real, worked-out example with actual numbers rather than vague advice, and reviewed and edited before it goes live to make sure the math checks out and the explanation is clear to someone with no finance background. Content is also revisited over time, since things like tax brackets, interest rates, and account rules change.

Our Approach

  • Every article includes real numbers. Instead of «save more money,» we show what saving $100/month actually grows into over 20 years, with the math shown.
  • We write for people without a finance background. Because that’s exactly who’s writing it too.
  • We’re not licensed financial advisors. FinanzasClaro provides educational content for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site should be taken as personalized financial, tax, or legal advice — for decisions specific to your situation, we always recommend speaking with a licensed professional (a CPA, a fee-only financial planner, or an attorney, depending on the question).
